NV Builders began with a simple vision - to build quality homes with honesty, care, and heart. In 2009, partners Nathan and Vanessa combined their skills, drive, and deep love for the Mackay region to create something more than a building company. They set out to build trust, to build relationships, and to build a business grounded in community and family values.
From day one, the focus was never just about bricks and concrete - it was about people. About listening, guiding, and delivering homes and spaces that mean something. Over the years, NV Builders has grown from a humble local operation to a trusted name known for its integrity, attention to detail, and genuine connection with every client.

In 2013, seeing a need for more complete solutions, Nathan and Vanessa launched NV Pools & Spas, giving families access to everything they needed in one place. That same commitment to service, quality, and pride continues to guide us today.

From School-Based Apprentice to Qualified Tradesman
Liam started with NV at 15 as a school-based apprentice. Five years on, he’s now a qualified carpenter and a valued part of our crew. We’re proud to support his journey and excited for what’s ahead.
Hard Work Pays Off
Trent has completed his Certificate III in Carpentry after 7 years with NV Builders. His dedication to the trade and ongoing contribution to the team are truly appreciated – along with the support of his partner Sarah and their family over the years.

Allison has been with NV since day one – 15 years of dedication, heart, and behind-the-scenes magic. She’s the backbone of our office, keeping everything running smoothly, and we’re endlessly grateful for all she brings to the team.
